This weekend I almost finished this quilt from Bunny Hill Designs. I had it finished enough to use as show in tell at our monthly No Nene Quilt Group meeting. I always learn so much. This meeting I learned what indigo dye in powdered form smells like, very earthy. Now when I buy anything marked indigo I will give it the sniff test to be sure it is genuine.

So pretty! I love the sweet colors. I can't believe I missed the meeting--I just forgot it was Sunday! That happens when you get old, I guess...

i know i was a slacker in the end, but i sure do miss you gals. i have joined a guild here but it is not the same. our christmas party was fun and we have a quilt show coming up in april. when i figure out how to get picture on my blog i will post what i have been working on.
